    Ätherische, vollendete Kostbarkeit

    David

    Great mouthfeel

Beautiful leaves, very supple after brewing. Nutty nose, slightly roasted cashews, as well as some greenery in the back, arugula and vegetable stew. In the mouth not too aromatic, maybe some white grapes, roasted bell peppers, slight woodiness and acacia honey. However, exceptional texture: satisfying juiciness, I think there’s even a slight acidity that pronounces the big body of the tea even more. This tea tastes fine, but it’s not so much the aroma that makes it shine, but the texture and mouthfeel. (Tasted 12 VII 18, 2018 spring harvest)
